usually from around 36 weeks of pregnancy on

 

* 2 prenatal meetings (2 - 2,5 hours)

* 1 postnatal visit (0,5 - 2 hours)

* being on-call from 2 to 3 weeks before, till 2 weeks (or more) after your EDD (estimated due date)

* continuous labor and birth support, irrespective of location(s) (home, birth center, hospital)

* continuous on-line support through e-mail / Whatsapp

usually from 32 weeks of pregnancy on

 

* 3 prenatal meetings (2 - 2,5 hours)

 

* 2 postnatal visits (1 - 2,5 hours)

 

* being on-call from 2 to 3 weeks before, till 2 weeks (ore more) after your EDD (estimated due date)

 

* the option of having regular (weekly) (zoom) calls during your due period
 

* continuous labor and birth support irrespective of location(s) (home, birth center, hospital)

 

* continuous on-line support through e-mail / Whatsapp

 

* discount price for any booking of (complementary) sessions

Doula Package Complete €1750

 

usually from 32 weeks of pregnancy on

 

* 4 prenatal meetings (2 - 2,5 hours) including:
one (optional) full-body pregnancy massage session

 

* 3 postnatal visits (1 - 2,5 hours) including:
one (optional) full-body postpartum massage

 

* being on-call from 2 to 3 weeks before, till 2 weeks (or more) after your EDD (estimated due date)
 

* continuous labor and birth support irrespective of location(s) (home, birth center, hospital)

 

* an (optional) extra pregnancy massage / acupressure session (including teaching the partner)
after 41 weeks or in case of broken waters / no contractions

 

* continuous on-line support through e-mail / Whatsapp

 

* discount rate for any booking of (complementary) sessions

Doula Meetings à la carte / complementary €175 (regular) / €150 (discount)

one of any of the following:

* (general) prenatal or postnatal session (2 - 2,5 hours)
*full-body pregnancy or postpartum massage (2 - 2,5 hours)
* doula presence at an appointment with your midwife or doctor (plus (optional) debriefing afterwards)
*overdue (acupressure / massage) session, with option of teaching the partner (2 - 2,5 hours)

Doula Package à la carte / complementary €500 (regular) / €425 (discount)

three times any of the following:

* (general) prenatal or postnatal session (2 - 2,5 hours)
*full-body pregnancy or postpartum massage (2 - 2,5 hours)
* doula presence at an appointment with your midwife or doctor (plus de-briefing afterwards)
*overdue (acupressure / massage) session, with option of teaching the partner (2 - 2,5 hours)
* Bengkung belly-binding session, including moxa treatment and massage of the belly, lower back, face, arms and/or feet (2-2,5 hours)

Closing Ritual / "Closing the Bones" (price upon request)

An ancient, originally Mexican ritual to mark the end of your postpartum period (or any other transformational period in your life). Elements that may be included:

* sharing perspectives on your process over herbal tea
* a hot bath or shower with herbs or (herbal) yoni steam
* full-body massage
* resting and integrating; energy healing
* rebozo closing
* sharing of a light postpartum lunch

The above mentioned prices are all including VAT and including additional travel and/or parking expenses within the greater Amsterdam area.

Doula package fees are generally billed in two or three installments, but other (extended) schedules for payment are possible; please do not hesitate to ask.
