usually from 26 weeks of pregnancy on

 

* 3 to 4 prenatal sessions before week 37/38 of your pregnancy (2 - 2,5 hours)

* optional extra (online and/or in person) meetings from week 38 on
* one (or more) visit(s) to your midwife(s)

* being on-call from 37/38 weeks of pregnancy on, till the day of the birth
* continuous labor and birth support irrespective of location(s) (home, birth center, hospital)

* 2 postnatal visits (1 - 2,5 hours);

* continuous on-line support through e-mail / Whatsapp

Individual/Complementary Doula Sessions €225-175 (standard)/ €175-125 (discount) / €125-75 (social/minimum)*

Prenatal:
* (general) prenatal session (birth preparation)
* doula presence at an appointment with your midwife or doctor (plus pre- and/or de-briefing beforehand / afterwards) (2 - 2,5 hours)
*full-body pregnancy massage at home
*overdue (acupressure / massage) session, with option of teaching the partner
Post-partum:
* general post-partum emotional and mental support with or without (partial) body work
*full-body postpartum massage at home
* Bengkung belly-binding session, including moxa treatment and massage of the belly, lower back, face, arms and/or feet

Closing Ritual / "Closing the Bones" (price, form and availability upon request)

An ancient, originally Mexican ritual to mark the end of your postpartum period (or any other transformational period in your life).

Elements that may be included:

* sharing perspectives on your process over herbal tea
* a hot bath or shower with herbs or (herbal) yoni steam
* full-body massage
* resting and integrating; energy healing
* rebozo closing
* sharing of a light postpartum lunch

* The above mentioned prices are based on a three category sliding scale, which, I intend, makes it possible for a broad variety of clients to make use of my services, while enabling me to both maintain the high standards I have for my work, and provide for myself and my family. 
In determining which category/price is right for you, you might like to make use of a model like The Green Bottle Method. We can also choose an adequate price together. 
All prices include VAT and additional travel and/or parking expenses within the greater Amsterdam area. The fees are generally billed in two or three installments, but other (extended) schedules for payment are possible; please do not hesitate to ask.
