usually from around 32 weeks of pregnancy on

* 2 prenatal meetings (1,5 - 2 hours)

* 1 postnatal visit (0,5 - 2 hours)

* being on-call from 2 to 3 weeks before, till 2 weeks (or more) after your EDD (estimated due date)
* continuous labor and birth support, irrespective of location(s) (home, birth centre, hospital)

* continuous on-line support through e-mail / Whatsapp

Doula Package Medium €1275

usually from 26 weeks of pregnancy on

* 3 prenatal meetings (1,5 - 2 hours) of which one (optional) full-body pregnancy massage session

* 2 postnatal visits (0,5 - 2 hours) of which one (optional) full-body postpartum massage session

* being on-call from 2 to 3 weeks before, till 2 weeks after your EDD (estimated due date)

* the option of having regular (weekly) (zoom) calls during your due period

* optional overdue session (acupressure / massage) after 41 weeks
* continuous labor and birth support irrespective of location(s) (home, birth centre, hospital)

* continuous on-line support through e-mail / Whatsapp

* discount price for any booking of (complementary) sessions

Doula Meetings à la carte / complementary €125 (regular) / €112,50 (discount)

one of any of the following:

* (general) prenatal or postnatal session (1,5 - 2 hours)
*full-body pregnancy or postpartum massage (1,5 - 2 hours)
* rebozo massage session (1,5 - 2 hours)
* doula presence at an appointment with your midwife or doctor (plus (optional) debriefing afterwards)
*overdue (acupressure / massage) session, with option of teaching the partner (1,5 - 2 hours)
* Bengkung belly-binding session (postpartum), including belly and lower back massage and moxa treatment (1,5-2 hours)

Doula Package à la carte / complementary €350 (regular) / €325 (discount)

three times any of the following:

* (general) prenatal or postnatal session (1,5 - 2 hours)
*full-body pregnancy or postpartum massage (1,5 - 2 hours)
* rebozo massage session (1,5 - 2 hours)
* doula presence at an appointment with your midwife or doctor (plus debriefing afterwards)
*overdue (acupressure / massage) session, with option of teaching the partner (1,5 - 2 hours)
* Bengkung belly-binding session (postpartum), including belly and lower back massage and moxa treatment (1,5-2 hours)

Closing Ritual / "Closing the Bones" / Cerrada €475 (regular) / €425 (discount)

An ancient, originally Mexican ritual to mark the end of your postpartum period (or any other transformational period in your life), performed by me and a second person (doula or other). This ritual usually takes up to 3 - 4 hours. Elements (normally) included:

* sharing perspectives on your process over herbal tea
* a hot bath or shower with herbs or (herbal) yoni steam
* four-handed, full-body massage
* resting and integrating; optional: energy healing
* rebozo closing

The above mentioned prices are all including VAT. They do not include additional costs for parking and travel expenses of €0,29/km (for locations outside the Amsterdam ring A10), or costs of public transport and taxi (if required to get to the birth), as to be agreed on with client.

Doula package fees are generally billed in two installments (but other schedules for payment are possible; please ask).
